Kerekanich and Erwin also had success in the individual events.
Erwin finished a close second in the 100 butterfly with a mark of 1:06.83. Melanie Tansuwan won that event in 1:06.60.
Erwin also swam to seventh in the 200 breaststroke in a time of 2:54.99.
She was eighth in the 200 butterfly with a mark of 2:32.16. She also had an eighth-place finish in the 200 individual medley with her time of 2:34.77.
Kerekanich sprinted to third place in the 50 freestyle in a time of 28.12.

Erwin will be swimming in college at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Matthew Grimes, a 2006 Sherwood grad, will also be attending UNLV on a swimming scholarship. Grimes won individual state championships in each of his four years at Sherwood while also helping the Bowmen win Class 3A/2A/1A state titles each of the past two years.
Kerekanich will be swimming at Oregon State University. At OSU, she’ll reunite with former Lady Bowmen teammate Kelsey Tannehill, who was a 2005 Sherwood graduate.
Kevin Tangeman, a 2006 Sherwood grad, will be swimming at the college level at Willamette University in Salem. Dominic Rieniets, also a 2006 Sherwood graduate, will be swimming for Linfield College in McMinnville.
